You will find your power. You will be empowered by your experiences and the light of your lineage. Not weakened.

In this space, you don't have to choose between honoring your roots and embracing your truth.

Keep going, mi naib.

We are cyclebreakers.
We are daughters.
We are sisters.
We are healers reconnecting with our cultural wisdom.

who are we?

Here, you'll find:

Because we know that when we heal ourselves, we heal generations: past, present, and future.

If no one has told you lately... I'm so glad you're here.

Understand your survival patterns with compassion—not shame.
Recognize the spiritual purpose behind each archetype and how to release its grip with love.

Reparent the younger you who had to grow up too soon. Through guided inner-child work, tend to the parts that never felt safe to rest—freeing your adult self to receive care without guilt.

Set boundaries that breathe. Learn nervous-system-based tools that make saying no feel like an act of devotion, not disconnection.

Practice self-compassion as your new discipline. Transform the inner critic into an inner guardian through the RAIN method—calming the body and clearing the mind.

Rediscover belonging on your own terms. Release inherited expectations and reconnect with ancestral and earth-based sources of ease—Kuan Yin’s compassion, Mother Earth’s grounding, your ancestors’ quiet pride.

Reclaim your voice and expression. Integrate your healing through movement, writing, or ritual so you leave not just restored, but unmuted.

What’s included in group coaching?

Each module includes a live 90-minute group coaching call, a reflection or somatic practice to deepen your learning, and community dialogue through our private Circle space. Between sessions, you’ll receive journaling prompts and integration rituals to keep your healing grounded in daily life.

You won’t just learn the concepts—you’ll live them, in real time, surrounded by other Hmong daughters walking the same path.

Mi naib, you belong

You’re the eldest daughter, bridge, or caretaker in your family.
You feel both pride and resentment in always being “the strong one.”
You crave rest, but guilt makes it hard to stop.
You want to heal without betraying your family or culture.
You’re curious about how spirituality and lineage can support your becoming.

"Jouapag of Healing Timelines Project is a brilliant facilitator. Rooted in radical principles and as a stewardess of the engagement process, Jouapag moves with genuine care of creating space for safety, grounding, and self transformation. The Letter Writing Workshop in March ‘24 was the first time I was ever in a space of all Hmong folx that were looking to ask themselves the hard questions around healing, pain, generational and inherited trauma. People from different walks and experiences of life were able to be seen, heard, and feel like they were not alone in their path towards self-compassion. Jouapag validated and nurtured that graciously. I look forward to how I can continue to be in community with those I meet through HTP."
