I identify as a Hmong-American woman of color, as well as a mother, eldest daughter, sister, wife, and nonprofit leader. Like most of my clients, I’m inhabiting all my complex roles within a world that can’t fully understand my wholeness.
I know what it’s like to navigate through leading and living authentically, while carrying the pressure of familial expectations and bumping up against countless biases.
But through my work, I discovered a powerful truth: when we heal and (re)write our stories, we create space for radical resilience and collective transformation.
